One of the weaknesses of the Z4 suspension is the high level of flex in the stock suspension bushings. Turner Motorsport offers several affordable bushing upgrades that firm up the suspension while maintaining stock ride quality. The rear trailing arm bushing limiter kit reduces bushing deflection, increasing bushing life and improving handling without the harshness of solid racing bushings. Each pair of blue aluminium shims essentially sandwich the stock rubber bushings to control their lateral movement, reducing toe variation caused by the squirm of the stock rubber bushings. If lubricated properly, the limiter kit operates completely silent.

Since all suspension modifications on my car were carried out at the same time it's difficult to rate the effects of the individual mods. Thanks to its affordable price there is no way you can go wrong with this part.
